Lately, the North
Hanceville Peloton has been flying the missing man formation. The Master has been down with a knee injury. The rides are empty without the stories of Jacques, grand French tours and espresso with
Derosa. I never thought I would miss them, But I do. Hang in there master and go easy on the ML.
You know you
don't have to just wait for your knee to get better. There are lots of stretches and exercise that can speed recovery. I know when your used to zooming down
Skyball at 50 mph, that home workout can be a drag. I hate it too. This video seemed to keep my attention longer than most training videos. Try it.
