You know you don't have to just wait for your knee to get better. There are lots of stretches and exercise that can speed recovery. I know when your used to zooming down Skyball at 50 mph, that home workout can be a drag. I hate it too. This video seemed to keep my attention longer than most training videos. Try it. http://
